Contact Form and Submissions

Our contact form may collect your name, email address, email confirmation, company name, optional phone number, request type (Quote, Sample, Question, or Problem), and message. The form uses a honeypot field and hCaptcha, and is processed through Web3Forms so submissions can be delivered to info@lenzip.com. File uploads are not accepted on the form; drawings or other files may be handled in follow-up by email or other agreed means.

Information you submit is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

In no event shall Lenzip be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (even if Lenzip has been advised of the possibility of such damages), whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Documents or this website.
