RV / Automotive Zippers
Coil, molded chain, and finished zippers for RV programs. Indoor soft goods and upholstery are one path. Exterior covers and UV exposure should use Marine / UV-Resistant or RainDefyer® constructions. Continuous chain with separate sliders also available.
- Gauges
- Coil and molded gauges matched to the application. Confirm the gauge set when you quote.
- Teeth
- DuPont Delrin® acetal UV stable for molded; extruded polyester monofilament for coil.
- Tape
- Texturized woven polyester, UV stable.
- Tape Widths
- 7/16" (#2 coil only), 5/8", 3/4", and 1".
- Colors
- Color options available. Ask for current lots when you quote.
- Supply
- Finished cut-to-length zippers, or continuous chain on spools with separate sliders.
- Styles
- Closed bottom, open end, tu-way separating, closed top / closed bottom, closed both ends / bag type, and coverall.
- Applications
- Indoor: cushions, mattresses, storage bags, and cabin soft goods. Exterior: covers and UV-exposed soft goods (see Marine / UV-Resistant and RainDefyer®).
